Paintballing and Karting are ideal events for groups - be they corporate groups, stag and hen events or a family group. Located across the UK both paintball sites and karting tracks are easily accessible from most main routes.
ORGANISING A GROUP KARTING OR PAINTBALL EVENT
GET EVERYONE ON BOARD
There are various ways of getting the ball rolling. Email your invitation, put up a poster at work/college/ university, drop your friends a line. Include a bit of information about the proposed events to generate enthusiasm and interest before you've even spoken to your group!
CONFIRM IT
Once you have enough people interested, confirm the date that is convenient for everyone and get all the deposits in. Contact the site and place your booking and your deposit for the whole group. This is important as many good sites get booked up very quickly.
KEEP THEM INFORMED
As the group organiser make sure everyone has all the information they will need relating to the day - such as any special clothing required, extra money etc
